  • “ It is critical for neighbors, particularly here in the North End of the city, to remain informed, active and vocal about the state of our city. In order to preserve the "quality of life" Kirklanders so enjoy, we must come to the table on a regular basis to hear and act on issues that affect our area. The next few weeks are critical, as the budget and the moratorum will be dissected and discussed.
