Des Moines' Preferred Neighborhood
This is an experimental site designed for the current and former residents of the Forestdale Neighborhood in Des Moines, Iowa. The Forestdale Neighborhood is almost triangular in shape and is bounded by Forest Avenue on the south, 41st Street on the west and Germania Drive/Maquoketa Boulevard on the north. There are about 115 housing units in the Forestdale Neighborhood.
